【Abstract】 There come the clear goal for the all- round improvement of the youth health in China,and the significant guideline for the carry- out of sports in colleges with the introduction the Sunshine Sports. The matrix management system,by using principles and methods of Management and Management System Analysis Engineering,integrates the present various available resources to form a unique management system with precise theoretical foundation.
