坚硬顶板工作面超前弱化合理参数研究

【摘要】 坚硬顶板是指在煤层之上厚度大、强度高、节理裂隙发育差、整体性强、自承能力强的顶板。若处理不当,往往会导致严重的后果。为了解决这个问题,以新集二矿综采工作面为例,采用FLAC3D数值模拟,并对顶板压力及应力分布进行了分析。基于分析结果,设计爆破循环步距为30 m,同时设计了放顶高度、炮孔高度、炮孔角度和炮孔排距。最后对弱化后的工作面进行了现场测量,测量结果分析表明,该设计有效地减少了来压步距,顶板压力现象不强烈。保证了工作面安全、高效生产,并有广泛的推广应用前景。

【Abstract】 Hard roof refers to rock of the high strength,large thickness,poor developed joint fissure,strong integrity,strong-self supporting capability. If mishandled,it often causes serious consequences. To solve this problem,a fully mechanized working face in Xinji is used as an example,in the FLAC3 Dnumerical simulation,roof pressure and stress distribution is analyzed. Based on the analysis result,designing the hole interval of 30 meters,at the same time the hole angle,hole spacing and borehole parameter is designed. At last the pressure on supports is measured,the result of the measure date analysis shows that the design effectively reduces the weighting interval,and the phenomenon of ground pressure is not strong. It works well for ensuring the safe and efficient production,and has a broad prospect of popularization and application.
