【摘要】 经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术是目前非肌层浸润型膀胱肿瘤(NMIBC)治疗的金标准,但围手术期并发症、术后肿瘤分期的准确判定以及肿瘤复发与进展等问题仍始终困扰着我们。近年来,窄谱膀胱镜、荧光膀胱镜和激光手术等新型诊疗手段日新月异,特别是经尿道激光手术凭借其手术时间短、出血少及围手术期并发症少等优点在NMIBC的治疗中引起广泛关注。本文作者结合文献报道和临床诊治体会,就多种新型激光材料(如钕激光、钬激光、铥激光和绿激光)在NMIBC手术治疗中的现状和新进展做一概述。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transurethral resection of bladder cancer(TURB-t)is at present the gold standard for the treatment of nonmuscle invasive bladder cancer(NMIBC);however,the intraoperative complications,prediction of acute tumor stage,tumor recurrence and progress remain troublesome.In recent years,the novel strategies including narrow-band imaging cystoscopy,fluorescence cystoscopy and laser surgery,have improved the diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.Transurethral laser surgery,in particular,shows advantages of shorter operation time,less bleeding,and fewer intraoperative complications.Based on previous studies and our clinical experience,we will review the status and progress of transurethral laser surgery in the treatment of NMIBC.更多还原
