筒仓定量装车系统加料阀门的模糊控制
Fuzzy Control of Feeding Valve of Silo Ration Loading System
【摘要】 设计解决筒仓定量自动装车系统中,针对加料阀门关闭时机不易选择,操作员难以把握,存在装车精度与装车效率矛盾的问题,在对现场测量数据进行分类统计并结合操作员的实践经验基础上,提出运用模糊控制技术控制筒仓加料阀门的方法。以该方法为核心创建友好的人机交互界面对现场进行控制,提高装车精度,缩短装车时间,方便操作员操作,确保筒仓定量装车系统安全、可靠、高效运行。
【Abstract】 To solve the contradictory problems between the accuracy and the efficiency of loading in the silo quantitative automatic loading system,which caused difficulty in choosing closing time of the feeding valve for the operator. Based on the statistics and classification of field measured data combining with the operator experience, a silo feeding valve controlling method was proposed using fuzzy control. Based on the method, a friendly human-computer interaction interface was built,the loading accuracy was improved,loading time shortened,operation simplified,ensuring the safe,reliable,efficient running of the ration loading system.
