钻机-钻具-煤岩非线性动力学建模与分析
Nonlinear Dynamics Modeling and Analysis of Coal Rock Drill
【摘要】 采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立仿真模型,结合钻具与煤岩间的作用关系,并施加钻速、浮力、边界条件,模拟煤炭钻探作业中钻柱和钻头的运动情况、受力情况及作用应力分布。仿真结果表明岩石内部结构在受到破坏和扰动会发生渐进变化,通过对实际钻具加以刚度的改善,避免引发跳钻,崩钻等钻井事故。
【Abstract】 Simulation model is established by using finite element analysis software ABAQUS. The simulation results show that it will come to change gradually when the internal structure in rock has been damaged and disturbed. With the modification of the drilling bit ’ stiffness, it can improve the drilling speed and quality and lower the rate of ineffectiveness accident.
