焦亚硫酸钠—空气法处理含氰尾矿浆
Treatment of Cyanide Tailing Slurry by Na2S2O5-Air Method
【摘要】 采用焦亚硫酸钠—空气法对某金矿氰化浸出尾矿浆进行解毒试验。结果表明,当反应pH=10.2、焦亚硫酸钠用量4.0g/L、不添加硫酸铜、不进行充气、反应时间2.5h的条件下,尾矿浆中的氰化物由165mg/L降为0.105mg/L,铜含量由7.95mg/L降至0.51mg/L,且其中的COD、Pb、Zn、As、SCN-的含量达到GB8978-1996中规定的二级排放标准。解毒后尾渣的浸出毒性达到GB5085.3-2007中规定的排放标准,可以直接干排。
【Abstract】 Cyanide tailing slurry was detoxicated by Na2S2O5-Air method.The results show that cyanide concentration in tailing slurry drops from 165mg/L to 0.105mg/L,copper content drops from 7.95mg/L to0.51mg/L,and contents of COD、Pb、Zn、As、SCN-can reach the second level discharging standard of GB8978-1996 under the conditions including pH value of 10.2,Na2S2O5 dosage of 4.0g/L,no addition of copper sulfate,no air inflation,and stirring time of 2.5h.The treated tailings can be directly discharged as their leaching toxicity can reach the standard of GB5085.3-2007.
