【摘要】 目的:明确C反应蛋白(CRP)、补体C3(C3)、D-二聚体与关节型过敏性紫癜的相关性。方法:免疫层析法检测60例关节型过敏性紫癜、40名健康体检患儿CRP,胶乳增强免疫比浊法检测D-二聚体,免疫比浊法检测C3,并分析各个指标与关节型过敏性紫癜症状评分的相关性。结果:急性期关节型过敏性紫癜CRP水平、D-二聚体水平高于健康对照组和恢复期(均P<0.05)。C3水平与健康对照组和恢复期比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。D-二聚体水平、CRP水平与症状评分相关(P<0.05)。结论:D-二聚体、CRP水平与关节型过敏性紫癜严重程度相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine the correlation of C- reactive protein( CRP),C3 and D- dimer( D- D) with disease severity in patients with Henoch- Sch?nlein purpura( HSP). Methods: The level of CRP,D- D and C3 was detected by the immune chromatography,latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method and immune turbidimetric method respectively in 60 patients and 40 healthy controls. The correlation was analyzed between the CRP,C3,D- D and symptom scores. Results: The levels of CRP and D- D in acute stage were higher than those in stable stage and healthy controls( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in C3 levels among the patients between acute stage and stable stage( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The levels of D- D and CRP are positively correlated with the disease severity in patients with HSP.更多还原
