血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平与急性脑梗死的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平与急性脑梗死的关系及临床意义。方法收集2014年3月~2015年5月在我科住院的急性脑梗死患者120例,100例同期年龄相匹配的门诊健康体检者。所有入选患者于发病24h内检测B型钠尿肽前体浓度并分为前循环脑梗死组和后循环脑梗死组进行比较。按梗死面积分为小面积组(<4cm~2)、中度面积组(~10cm~2)、大面积组(>10cm~2)共3个组分别进行比较。结果急性脑梗死组中患者血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平高于同龄段健康对照组(P<0.05),急性脑梗死梗死面积与血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平呈正相关(P<0.05),急性脑梗死的部位对血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平有一定的影响。结论血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平对急性脑梗死的诊疗有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Correlattion and clinical significance between plasma B- type brain natriuretic peptide precursor(proBNP) and acute cerebral infarction.Methods Collected 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients,admitted to our department from March 2014 to May 2015 and 100 healthy cases in the same period of age- matched were enrolled in the experiment.All patients were detected the proBNP concentration in the pathogenes of 24 hours and divided into anterior circulation infarction group and posterior circulation infarction group.According to the infarct size,all patients were divided into 3 groups:small area group(< 4cm~2),moderate area group(~10cm~2),large area group(> 10cm~2).Results Plasma proBNP levels of acute cerebral infarction group were significantly(P <0.05) higher than those of group control.Infarct sizes of acute cerebral infarction and the levels of proBNP were positively correlated(P <0.05),and the location of acute cerebral infarction had a certain influence on proBNP levels.Conclusion The significance of plasma proBNP levels in the diagnosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction may be instructive.
