模拟电路故障仿真的研究与应用
The Study and Application on Fault Simulation of Analog Circuit
【摘要】 研究模拟电路直流分析方法,开发一个模拟电路故障诊断练习系统.系统采用改进直流伴随模型,对非线性元器件进行线性变换,应用节点电压法,建立线性电路方程组,通过迭代运算得电路方程组数值解.仿真表明,系统能正确仿真模拟电路的硬故障;小范围推广应用表明,系统能快速、有效地培养电类专业学生的模拟电路故障诊断技能.
【Abstract】 This paper describes the research on the analysis method of analog circuit DC and the development of an analog circuitfault diagnosis training system which can systematically use improved DC accompanying model,do linear transformation for the nonlinearcomponents,set up linear circuit equations by means of the node voltage method,and get numerical solution of the circuit equationsby-means of iterative algorithm. Simulation results show that the system can simulate the hard fault of analog circuit. Expanding applicationwithin the small scope shows that the system can quickly,effectively cultivate analog circuit fault diagnosis skills for electrical specialtystudents.
