【摘要】 目的通过对国内外偏头痛研究文献进行分析,对比国内外偏头痛文献研究热点的分布和异同。方法对2004年1月至2013年12月中国学术期刊论文网络出版数据库(CNKI)和美国国立医学图书馆的Pub Med数据库检索偏头痛文献,采用文献计量学和聚类分析方法分析。结果通过对偏头痛高频关键词聚类分析分别绘制树状图,总结得出了国内4个研究热点和国外5个研究热点。结论国内外偏头痛研究热点存在一致性和差异性,国外三叉神经血管学说是偏头痛发病机制的研究热点,国内偏头痛中医药治疗研究有良好的发展前景,治疗机理研究欠缺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the research focus of migraine disorders and to contrast the similarities and differences between the data at home and abroad. Methods Articles related to migraine disorders that appeared during period. January 2004- December 2013 Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI) database and the U. S. Congress Library of Medicine Pub Med database to search migraine disorders literature,using bibliometric analysis and cluster analysis methods. Results We draw the 4 respectively through the high—frequency keywords cluster analysis.four domestic research focuses and 5 foreign research focuses were concluded by analyzing the key words. Conclusion There are similarities and differences interests in the research of migraine disorders between Chinese and foreign professionals. Foreign trigeminovascular theory is a hot research topic in the pathogenesis of migraine,Domestic research on migraine treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has good prospects for development,But the research on therapy mechanism is lack.更多还原
