【摘要】 目的探讨X线胸部正位片对食管裂孔疝诊断价值。方法分析、总结11例经上消化道钡餐检查确诊的食管裂孔疝患者胸部正位片影像表现。结果 11例于左膈上心影重叠区见密度增高类圆形肿块影,外上缘清晰,上部有低密度区,部分有液平面,其中2例首诊误诊为左下肺部病变。11例均行上消化道钡餐检查确诊为不可恢复型食管裂孔疝。结论胸部正位片能发现食管裂孔疝,辅助上消化道钡餐检查确诊,对避免误、漏诊有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical value of antero-posterior X-ray chest film in diagnosing diaphragmatic esophageal hiatus hernia.Methods A total of 11 patients with diaphragmatic esophageal hiatus hernia that was confirmed by upper gastrointestinal barium meal examination were included in this study.The antero-posterior X-ray chest film findings were analyzed.Results In all the 11 cases,a round mass of higher density shadow could be observed above the left diaphragm,which was overlapped by the heart shadow; the upper margin of the mass was clear and within the mass lowdensity area with liquid surface could be seen in some cases.Two cases were misdiagnosed as the left lower lung lesion at first.Upper gastrointestinal barium meal examination confirmed the diagnosis of irreversible diaphragmatic esophageal hiatus hernia in all 11 cases.Conclusion Anteroposterior X-ray chest film can reveal some signs of diaphragmatic esophageal hiatus hernia,which are of great value in avoiding misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.Upper gastrointestinal barium meal examination can confirm the diagnosis.更多还原
