【摘要】 目的调查和分析难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的肺外表现及免疫功能情况。方法选取难治性肺炎支原体肺炎诊断标准的60例患儿为病例组,120例为普通肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为对照组,对比观察两组患儿的肺外表现和免疫功能情况。结果病例组患儿心血管受累、消化道受累及肝脏受累均明显高于对照组（P<0.01）;病例组CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄和CD⁺₄/CD⁺₈水平明显低于对照组,而CD⁺₈明显高于对照组（P<0.01）;病例组患儿IgG、IgM水平均明显高于对照组（P<0.01）;两组患儿C₃和C₄水平无明显的统计学差异（P>0.05）。结论难治性肺炎支原体肺炎患儿肺外表现以心血管系统、肝脏及消化系统损害最为常见;免疫功能紊乱可能是导致导致难治性肺炎支原体肺炎发生的危险因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey and analyze the extra-pulmonary manifestations and immune status of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods 60 patients with refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were selected as the case group,and 120 patients with common pneumonia mycoplasma pneumonia were taken as the control group. Their extra-pulmonary performance and immune function were compared. Results The cardiovascular involvement,the digestive tract involvement and liver involvement were significantly higher in the case group than in the control group（ P < 0. 01）. The levels of serum CD⁺₃,CD⁺₄and CD⁺₄/ CD⁺₈were significantly lower in the case group than in the control group,while the level of serum CD⁺₈was significantly higher in the case group than in control group（ P < 0. 01）. The value of IgG and IgM was significantly higher in the case group than in the control group（ P < 0. 01）. There was no significant difference in the levels of C₃ and C₄ between the two groups（ P > 0.05）. Conclusion The extra-pulmonary performance of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumon includes cardiovascular system,liver and digestive system damage,and immune dysfunction may be the risk factor of refractory mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.更多还原
