DKC25地下卡车摆动桥架的改进设计
DESIGN OF THE DKC25 UNDERGROUND TRUCK SWINGING FRAME
【摘要】 摆动桥架是地下无轨车辆的重要结构,关系到车辆的坚固程度和通过性能。在常规摆动桥架原理的基础上,做出了新的改进,由关节轴承代替了滑动轴承,并且在轴向增加了推力轴承,延长了摆动桥架的使用寿命,改善了极端情况下摆动桥架的轴向受力情况。
【Abstract】 Swinging frame of drive axle is the important structure in the trackless vehicle,which relates to the strength and passing ability of the vehicle. In this paper a new structure based on the general swinging frame is designed,specially adding a thrust bearing,which improves the force condition of the swinging frame in the extreme condition.
