时滞系统的内模控制及其在PLC中的实现
The Implementation of IMC Based on PLC and Its Application
【摘要】 介绍了内模控制(IMC)的原理,内模控制器设计较简单,控制性能好,对时滞系统有很好的控制效果。针对时滞对象设计了带反馈滤波器的内模控制系统。通过西门子S7-300 PLC编程实现了内模控制策略,并应用在具有较大时滞的水箱液位控制系统中。实验结果表明,内模控制策略在时滞系统中有良好的控制效果。
【Abstract】 This paper presents the control principle of internal model control(IMC). IMC has good control performance with simple structure. IMC is very suitable for time-delay systems. In this paper, the IMC controller with a feedback filter has been designed for time-delay object. Then the internal model control is realized by LAD in Siemens S7-300 PLC, and applied to control the water level with large time-delay. The experiment results indicate that IMC has a good control quality in time-delay systems.
