【摘要】 目的观察西格列汀联合格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)的临床疗效。方法 76例2型糖尿病患者随机分为两组,分别给予格列美脲单独治疗或西格列汀联合格列美脲治疗。结果治疗12周后,两组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、体质量指数(BMI)和胰岛素抵抗指数较治疗前均明显下降,胰岛β细胞功能指数明显升高(P<0.05),且联合治疗组与对照组比较,各项指标改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论西格列汀和格列美脲联合治疗2型糖尿病能显著改善患者血糖谱,改善胰岛细胞功能,有良好的效果和安全性,有望成为2型糖尿病尤其是顽固性高血糖2型糖尿病患者有效而安全的治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effects of Sitagliptin alone or its combination with Glimepiride on the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group and experimental group,which are treated with Sitagliptin alone or its combination with Glimepiride respectively. Results After 12 weeks treatment,the levels of fasting plasma glucose( FPG),2-hour plasma glucose( 2h PG),haemoglobin A1c( Hb A1c),Body mass index( BMI) and homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance( HOMA-IR) were significantly lower,whereas homeostasis model assessment of β-cell function( HOMA-β) was significantly higher in experimental group,compared with those in pretherapy and control group. Conclusion The therapeutic regimen of Sitagliptin and Glimepirid significantly improved function of β cells,reduced levels of glucose and appears to be a beneficial treatment for type 2 diabetes patients.更多还原
