【摘要】 目的观察分析肺结核合并糖尿病的护理要点。方法选择我院收治的肺结核合并糖尿病患者92例,随机分为观察组和对照组两组,每组46例,观察组实施护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理措施。结果观察组肺结核治愈率、血糖控制良好率及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预可显著提高肺结核合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe and analyze the nursing points of pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes. Methods 92 cases of our hospital pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with diabetes randomly divided into observation group and control group, 46 cases in each group, the observation group to implement the nursing intervention measures, while the control group was given routine nursing measures. Results The cure rate of pulmonary tuberculosis, blood glucose control and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can significantly improve the treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis combined with diabetes.更多还原
