EBH300A型掘进机虚拟样机及截齿运动仿真

【摘要】 为实现EBH300A悬臂式掘进机截割、破岩遥控、智能记忆截割成形等功能,需要研究该掘进机在工作过程中截齿的运动学特性及规律。根据EBH300(A)悬臂式掘进机工程样机设计,利用三维设计软件Pro/E软件建立其三维实体模型及虚拟样机。应用机械系统动力学分析软件ADAMS,根据实际运动参数,对EBH300A悬臂式掘进机工作位姿其运动过程进行了仿真,得出了掘进机截割头上截齿的运动位移、速度以及加速度的时间历程。

【Abstract】 In order to realize the functions of remote control cutting coal and rock,and intelligent remember shaping,it is necessary to study the kinematic characteristics of cutting tooth of EBH300 A roadheader during operation.According to the engineering design of EBH300 Aroadheader prototype,the 3Dsolid model and virtual prototype are built with Pro/E software.The mechanical system dynamic analysis software is used to simulate the displacement,movement based on the parameters of the EBH300 Aroadheader,in which,the motion displacement,velocity and acceleration of cutting tooth on the cutting head are provided.
