永磁调速器的涡流场分析

【摘要】 永磁调速器是一种新型的可调速节能设备,安装在电机和负载之间,采用电磁耦合原理,通过调节耦合面积控制转速。先结合电磁场的相关理论,建立瞬态涡流场的数学模型。然后,对永磁调速器进行静态磁场分析,得到静态时铜转子中的磁通分布与磁感应强度。最后,通过运动涡流场的有限元仿真,分析涡流场的形成机理与部分影响涡流场的因素,为永磁调速器的承载能力提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 As a new adjustable speed and energy conservation equipment,permanent magnetic governor is installed between motor and loads,using the magnetic circuit coupling principle,the speed control is realized through adjust air coupling area.Firstly,combined with the correlation theory of electromagnetic,the mathematical model of transient eddy current field is built.Then the static analysis of permanent magnetic governor is carried out,the static copper rotor flux distribution and magnetic induction intensity are obtained.Finally,through the finite element simulation of motion eddy current,the eddy current field formation mechanism and some factors affecting on eddy current field are analyzed,a theoretical basis for the bearing capacity of the permanent magnetic governor is provided.
