多孔铝化铁——一种用于清洁燃煤发电的创新材料
Porous iron aluminide——an innovative material for clean coal fired power generation plant
【摘要】 煤是世界蕴藏量很大和廉价的矿物燃料,传统的燃煤发电因效率低、污染环境和大量碳排放而受到限制。美国在本世纪初研发的可过滤燃气清洁燃煤IGCC发电技术受到国际、特别是日本的重视。而多孔Fe3Al过滤器的成功研发解决了材料耐高温、抗腐蚀、可焊接、经久耐用、可靠性高的烧结零件难题,为这一先进技术创造了推广应用条件。
【Abstract】 Coal is the rich accumulated and cheap fossil fuel in world. Traditional coal fired power generation technology is limited due to low efficiency,environment pollution and large amount carbon dioxide emission. The IGCC clean coal fired power generation technology,which developed by United State at the beginning of this era,suffered global attention,especially in Japan. After solution of serious obstacles,such as heat resistance,anti-corrosion property,weldability,service durability and reliability etc,the porous Fe3Al filter was successful developed,and the spread applying conditions of IGCC technology were established.
