松脂酸钠防治杨梅介壳虫的初步研究

【摘要】 通过室内毒力测定、安全性评价和田间药效等系列试验,评估30%松脂酸钠水乳剂(EW)、20%松脂酸钠可溶性粉剂(SP)和45%松脂酸钠可溶性粉剂(SP)用于防治杨梅介壳虫的可行性。结果表明:药剂处理4d后,3种松脂酸钠制剂(30%EW、20%SP和45%SP)对杨梅柏牡蛎蚧的致死中浓度(LC50)为222.856~278.199mg·L-1,98%噻嗪酮原药的LC50为73.967mg·L-1,可见松脂酸钠3种制剂具有一定的杀虫活性,但其室内毒力显著低于化学药剂噻嗪酮。室内安全性评价结果表明,松脂酸钠3种制剂在田间使用最高剂量的1、2、4倍情况下,对东魁杨梅、荸荠种、丁岙梅3种杨梅均具有较好的安全性。浙江、江西、福建三地田间药效试验结果表明,松脂酸钠3种制剂对杨梅柏牡蛎蚧、矢尖盾蚧、榆牡蛎蚧均具有较好的防治效果。30%EW、20%SP和45%SP分别稀释400、300和200倍时,防治效果均在75%以上(75.67%~93.13%),达到与化学药剂噻嗪酮或噻虫嗪相当的防治效果。

【Abstract】 Laboratory toxicity tests,safety tests and field efficacy trials were carried out to evaluate the feasibility of application of sodium pimaric acid to control scale insects on waxberry.Results of toxicity tests showed that sodium pimaric acid had an insecticidal activity against scale insects on waxberry,and the toxicity of sodium pimaric acid was significantly lower than that of buprofezin.Three preparations of sodium pimaric acid(30% EW,20% SP and 45% SP)had bioactivity against Lepidosaphes cupressi Borchsenius with 50%lethal concentration(LC50)of 222.856-278.199mg·L-1,compared to buprofezin with LC50 of 73.967 mg·L-1 four days after treatments.The results of laboratory safety test showed that sodium pimaric acid was safe to Myrica rubra cv.DongKui Orient Pearl,M.rubra Sieb.et Zucc.and M.rubra Sieb.cv."Dingao"when these three preparations were applied at the dosages of 1,2and 4times of the maximum dosages used in fields.The field efficacy trials in Zhejiang,Jiangxi and Fujian provinces indicated that sodium pimaric acid had good control effects to L.cupressi,Unaspis yanonensis(Kuwana)and L.ulmi.The field efficacies were above 75%(75.67%-93.13%)through spraying with 30% EW,20% SP and 45% SP diluted for 400,300 and 200times,respectively,which were similar to that of buprofezin or thiamethoxam.And no influences were observed for sodium pimaric acid to natural enemies and non-target organisms.
