【摘要】 为了使两种卖方管理库存供应链实现协调,考虑单个卖方和两个存在价格竞争的买方组成的两阶段供应链,分别构造了各方的收益模型并求解。针对实销实结VMI供应链,从卖方出发设计了延期支付和返利两种协调策略,分析了两种策略的应用条件及其优劣。指出一般式VMI供应链难以实现协调。对于卖方如何推动供应链从一般式VMI转换到实销实结式VMI提出了具体的转移支付策略。通过数值分析,考查了价格竞争、需求价格弹性、批发价格和可变成本对卖方采用两种协调策略的积极性的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 To realize coordination of two Vendor Managed Inventory(VMI)supply chains,the revenue model for each part in VMI was constructed and solved by considering the two-stage supply chain consisted with two competitive buyers and a single vendor.Two coordination strategies of trade credit and rebates contract for actual sales VMI supply chain were designed from the perspective of vendor,and the coordination of general VMI was too hard to achieve.A strategy for the transformation from general VMI to actual sales VMI was provided.Through the numerical results analysis,the influence of price competition,demand price elasticity,wholesale price and variable cost on these two strategies were presented.更多还原
