BIM技术在农村住宅结构CAD软件后处理系统中的应用
Application of BIM technology in post-process system of CAD software for rural residence structures
【摘要】 基于BIM技术研制适用于各种农村住宅结构形式的CAD软件后处理系统.根据面向对象的编程原理,抽象出描述实际结构零件几何信息、结构特征和设计条件的智能对象.采用三维实体建模直观、准确和完整地展现结构的复杂空间位置关系和细部构造;在实体模型的基础上选取特定的实体,提取其中的几何信息,经过投影、消影和自动标注绘制完成施工图和加工图.该软件系统能提取三维实体模型中的构件和零件的加工信息,并按照CNC设备的数据格式要求整理输出为二进制数据或Excel等.
【Abstract】 Based on BIM technology,a post-processing system of CAD software is developed for various forms of rural residence structures. According to the object-oriented programming theory,a series of intelligent objects are abstracted which can describe the geometry information,structure properties and design conditions of the parts in real structures. The complex spatial relationships and construction details can be shown directly,accurately and completely by 3D solid modeling. Therefore,on the basis of the solid model, the specified entities can be selected to extract the geometry information, and the construction drawings and processing drawings can be completed by the projection and its elimination and automatic labeling. In the software system,the manufacture information of components and parts can be extracted from 3D solid model,which can be output in the data formats required by CNC device,including the binary data,Excel,etc.
