自身发电及自通风高效燃烧炉灶的试验研究

【摘要】 家用炉灶主要存在以下问题:炉渣中可燃物含碳量高,燃烧效率较低;CO排放量高,易造成中毒。本文提出了自身发电及自通风高效燃烧炉灶,其原理为:利用自身温差产生电能,带动风扇向炉内鼓风,为煤燃烧提供足够的氧量,保证燃料的充分燃烧。试验表明:产生的电压能够稳定在4.25 V,可有效带动风扇持续旋转,使LED灯发光;灰样中未完全燃烧的黑色颗粒状煤粒明显减少,燃料燃烧更加充分,烧水用时缩短,同时CO排放量明显降低。

【Abstract】 Household stoves mainly have the following problems: carbon contents of the combustibles in slag are high,the combustion efficiency is low,and CO emissions are high,which is easy to cause poisoning. In this paper,we designed a self-generating and self-ventilated high efficiency stove. The stove takes advantage of its own temperature difference to generate power. Its principle is as follows: using its temperature differences to generate electricity,which can lead fan to rotate and provide enough oxygen to ensure full combustion. Experiment shows that the output voltage can steady at 4. 25 V,which can effectively promote the fan to rotate,and can also make LED light. Incomplete combustion decreased significantly,the fuel burns more fully,the time of boiling water is shorten and CO emissions significantly reduced at the same time.
