不同醇解度聚乙烯醇的合成及其表面张力和分散性能

【摘要】 采用溶液聚合法合成聚醋酸乙烯酯,通过调控醇解反应的工艺条件制备了不同醇解度的聚乙烯醇,考察了其分散性能和表面张力。结果表明:聚乙烯醇的聚合度对其表面张力和分散性能的影响是有限的,而醇解度对其表面张力和分散性能的影响较大;当聚乙烯醇的醇解度从90%降至60%时,其溶液的表面张力随之大幅度降低,溶液的分散性能呈现先增加后下降的趋势;当聚乙烯醇的醇解度为70%~78%时,其分散性能较好。

【Abstract】 PVAc was synthesized by solution polymerization and PVAs with different degree of alcoholysis were prepared by regulating process conditions of alcoholysis reaction. Surface tension and dispersion property of PVAs were investigated. The results showed that: 1 the polymerization degree of PVA had little effect on its surface tension and dispersing property,whereas the degree of alcoholysis had a great influence; 2 when the degree of alcoholysis decreased from 90% to 60%,the surface tension of PVA solution greatly reduced and dispersion property increased at first and then decreased; 3 when the degree of alcoholysis of PVA was 70%- 78%,the dispersion property performed better.
