【摘要】 研究痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪治疗面部痤疮的临床效果,以将其更好地应用到临床治疗中。选取我院收治的100例患有面部痤疮的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对观察组患者进行痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪进行治疗,并涂抹痤疮灵,对照组患者只用单纯红蓝光照射和涂抹痤疮灵进行治疗。两组患者的疗程全部为21天(3周)。在对两组患者治疗后,将其结果进行比较,两组患者均在不同程度上有所减缓,部分患者得到治愈,其中观察组有效率为94%,对照组有效率为56%,两组有效率差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对面部痤疮患者采取痤疮面部清除术联合红蓝光治疗仪进行治疗的疗效较为明显,显效率较高,能够使患者更快、更好地恢复或减轻症状,以步入健康的生活。因此这一方法值得进一步深入研究,应在治疗面部痤疮的临床中广泛应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: Researching facial acne clinical observation on facial acne clearance technique associated with Red and Blue Therapeutic Apparatus treatment to be better applied in clinical treatment. Methods: Selecting 100 facial acne patients in our hospital. They are randomly divided into observation group( 50 patients) and control group( 50 patients) respectively. While applied with Cuochuangling,patients in the observation group are also conducted with facial acne clearance technique associated with Red and Blue Therapeutic Apparatus treatment debridement combined with red and blue therapy device for treatment. Patients in control group are only treated only with red and blue light phototherapy and Cuochuangling. Their courses of treatment are 21 days( 3 weeks). Results: Comparing the results of patients in two groups after treatment. Results show symptoms of patients in both groups are alleviated in varying degrees and some of them are cured. The validity rate of observation group is 94% and that of control group is56%. There are obvious differences between the validity rate of two groups and they have statistical significance( P <0. 05). Conclusion: For facial acne patients with facial acne clearance technique associated with Red and Blue Therapeutic Apparatus treatment,they have better clinical performance and higher efficiency. It enables patients symptoms reduction and recovery faster and better,and lead a healthy life.
