后向散射法测量湿蒸汽的实验优化方案的研究
Research on optimization of experimental scheme of backscattering method in wet steam measurement
【摘要】 为了提高实验的精度以及实验的可操作性,对后向散射法测量湿蒸汽的实验方案进行了优化研究。本文研究了入射光射入位置、入射光光强、散射光接收角度三个因素对实验结果的影响。实验结果表明,这三个因素对散射光光强以及其对应的灰度值具有较大的影响;当入射光光强为20mw、入射位置为第四截面、散射光接收角度为后向30°时,可获取到最佳的散射光图像,此时为最优的实验方案。该实验方案的研究对后向散射法测量湿蒸汽具有重要的指导作用。
【Abstract】 In order to enhance the accuracy and operability of backscattering method in wet steam measurement and,three effecting factors,namely the incident light position,intensity of incident light,receiving angle,was compared in this paper; the results show that these three factors have a great influence on the intensity of scattering light and gray value; the scheme that 20 MW of the incident light from the fourth section into the cylinder and receives scattering light at 30°can get the best image of scattering light. The scheme is helpful for backscattering method in wet steam measurement.
