【摘要】 青年教师作为高校教师队伍的主体,其教学能力和教学水平是保证高校教学质量和人才培养质量的关键。本文通过对某地方高校青年教师的问卷调查发现,不管在学校还是青年教师个人层面,对青年教师教学能力的培养和提高都存在一些不容忽视的问题,高校应从改进考核机制、构建培养体系、加强教学指导、创造和谐环境等方面促进青年教师教学水平的不断提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the main part of the college teachers, young teachers’ teaching ability and teaching level play an important role in guaranteeing the teaching quality as well as the quality of talent cultivation. According to the questionnaire survey of young teachers in some local colleges and universities, the author finds out that there exist some problems concerning the training and the improvement of young teachers’ teaching ability that cannot be ignored either from the perspective of colleges or from the perspective of young teachers themselves. In order to constantly improve young teachers’ teaching level, colleges and universities should take some measures such as the perfection ofassessment mechanisms, the construction of training systems, the enforcement of teaching guidance and the creation of harmonious teaching environment, etc.更多还原
