微波辐射合成离子液体[hmim]BF4及其在Biginelli反应中的应用
Synthesis of Ionic Liquid[hmim]BF4 and Its Application in Biginelli Reaction under Microwave Irradiation
【摘要】 以N-甲基咪唑、正溴己烷、四氟硼酸铵为原料,利用微波辐射两步合成了离子液体[hmim]BF4,并且以[hmim]BF4为催化剂,苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯、尿素为原料,微波辐射下发生了Biginelli反应合成了6-甲基-4-苯基-5-乙氧羰基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮。结果表明:在优化条件下,[hmim]Br,[hmim]BF4和Biginelli反应的收率分别为97.2%,78.3%和81.7%。
【Abstract】 1-n-Hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([hmim]BF4)was synthesized with N-methyl imidazole,1-bromohexane and ammonium tetrafluoroborate as raw material by two-step under microwave irradiation.4-Phenyl-6-methyl-5-ethoxycarbonyl-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-2-one was synthesized by threecomponent Biginelli condensation in the presence of a catalytic amount of[hmim]BF4.The results showed that the yield of[hmim]Br,[hmim]BF4and the Biginelli reaction was 97.2%,78.3% and 81.7% respectively under optimized conditions.
