【摘要】 目的:观察妇炎康复胶囊联合输卵管疏通术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效。方法:选取接受输卵管疏通治疗的58例不孕症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各29例,治疗组采用宫腹腔镜手术配合妇炎康复胶囊联合治疗;对照组行宫腹腔镜手术治疗。随访1年,记录妊娠和不良反应情况。结果:治疗组38条阻塞管中有30条获得再通,再通率为78.9%;对照组39条阻塞管中有25条获得再通,再通率为64.1%。两组治疗前后输卵管疏通率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组解脲支原体感染阳性患者在治疗后均有所减少,且治疗组转阴率显著高于对照组。术后随访6个月,治疗组受孕率为62.0%,对照组受孕率为37.9%,两组治疗后6个月的受孕率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在宫腹腔镜手术后使用妇炎康复胶囊辅助治疗可提高受孕率,有利于减少术后炎症或感染,降低不良反应发生率,防止术后输卵管粘连的再发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of tubal infertility by laparoscopy combined with traditional Chinese medicine called Fuyankangfu capsules. Methods: The 58 patients with tubal infertility were divided randomly into treatment and control groups, 29 cases in each. The patients in treatment group were given laparoscopy surgery combined with Fuyankangfu capsules. And patients in the control group were given laparoscopic surgery. All the patients were revisited for 6 month. The rate of pregnancy and adverse reactions were recorded one year later. Results: There were 30 obtaining recanalization within 38 blocking tube in treatment group, the recanalization rate was 78.9%; There were 25 obtaining recanalization within 39 blocking tube in control group, the recanalization rate was 64.1%; the rate of blocking tube recanalization showed significant difference(P <0.05). The number of patients with Urea plasma urealyticum(UU) infection from two groups were decreased. The number of observation group was significantly higher than the control group. Revisit the patients in 6th months after surgery, the conception rate of treatment group was 62.0% which is significantly higher than control group(37.9%), with significant difference( P<0.05).Conclusion: Laparoscopic surgery combined with Fuyankangfu capsules can improve clinical symptoms and signs of improvement;better patient compliance after surgery can significantly improve the pregnancy rate.更多还原
