【摘要】 目的:探讨品管圈活动在预防神经外科PICC置管患者非计划性拔管中的应用效果。方法:将2012年2月~2013年1月(品管圈活动实施前)行PICC置管患者154例设为对照组,2013年2月~2014年1月(品管圈活动实施后)行PICC置管患者157例设为观察组,成立品管圈活动小组,确立主题,拟定活动计划,分析神经外科PICC置管患者非计划性拔管的原因并采取相应的措施,实施持续质量改进。结果:观察组患者非计划性拔管发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动在降低神经外科PICC导管留置期间非计划性拔管中效果显著,有效地提高了护理工作质量和患者满意度,具有主动管理的优点,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the application of QCC neurosurgical patients to reduce the impact of PICC unplanned extubation rates. Methods: 154 patients from Feb. 2012-Jan. 2013 as control group,157 patients from Feb. 2013-Jan. 2014 as observation group and received QCC. Establish QCC team and themes,make planning activity,analysis neurosurgical patients with PICC catheter reasons for unplanned extubation and take appropriate measures to implement continuous quality improvement. Results: The incidence of the unplanned extubation rate in observation group was lower than the control group( P <0. 05). Conclusion: QCC activities during neurosurgery PICC catheter has significantly reduced the unplanned extubation and effectively improved the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
