【Abstract】 In the 18 th CPC National Congress,the Chinese Communist Party has put forward the core socialism value in 24 characters. "Rule of law"is presented,which stands for its value orientation on the social level,and reflects the socialist spirit of governing by law. The core socialism value stems from the excellent traditional Chinese value,and the socialist legal construction also stems from the profound accumulation of traditional Chinese legal thought. Therefore,it’s necessary for us to study the traditional legal thought in order to explore its inner relevance with "rule of law"in the core socialism value,which is of great significance for the further implementation of the spirit of the 4th plenary session of 18 th CPC Central Committee,and for the comprehensive implementation of the socialist legal construction process.更多还原
