【摘要】 目的探讨多学科协作的快速康复外科模式在结直肠肿瘤患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法通过建立胃肠外科快速康复项目小组和多学科专家团队,举办快速康复外科循证课程、召开多学科协调"圆桌会议",并以循证指南为指引,为结直肠肿瘤手术患者提供快速康复外科围手术期照护。结果术前禁食禁水、术后进食和下床活动时间缩短(P<0.01),鼻胃管、腹腔引流管留置率降低,鼻胃管、腹腔引流管、尿管留置时间缩短,术后并发症的发生率降低,住院时间缩短(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论多学科协作的快速康复外科围手术期护理可以有效加速患者康复进程,具有安全性和有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of fast recovery surgery with multidiscipline cooperation in perioperative care of colorectal tumor.Methods Perioperative care for colorectal tumor patients during fast recovery surgery was put forward through establishing gastrointestinal surgery fast recovery team and multidiscipline expert team,holding fast recovery surgery evidence- based class and"round- table conference"of multidiscipline team,and based on evidence- based guidelines. Results The time of fasting before surgery,diet time and leaving bed time after surgery were all reduced( P < 0. 01). The retention rate and time of nasogastic tube and abdominal drainage tube and retention time of indwelling catheter were all decreased,the incidence rate of complications after surgery and length of stay were decreased( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion Perioperative care for fast recovery surgery with multidiscipline cooperation can speed up patient recovery with safety and efficiency.更多还原
