【摘要】 目的在中医护理重点专科建设过程中,探讨高层级中医护士培养模式的构建与实践。方法根据遴选标准,选取36名护士作为高层级中医护士接受培训。护理部以重点专科建设为契机,制订有针对性的高层级中医护士培养模式并实施。结果培训后高层级中医护士在中医理论知识、中医操作技能和业务查房能力的得分均高于培训前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高层级中医护士认为培训对开拓科研思路、协调组织能力、教学能力、中医辨证能力的作用显著。结论在护理重点专科建设中构建高层级中医护士的培养模式,并合理设置培训方式、培训内容,有利于提高中医护士的直接护理能力和综合素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the establishment and practice of training mode for upper level Traditional Chinese Medicine( TCM) nurses in the construction of nursing key specialty. Methods Thirty- six nurses were selected as upper level TCM nurses according to the criteria,and accepted the training. The nursing department took the opportunity of key specialty construction,developed and implemented targeted upper level TCM nurses training mode. Results The score of TCM theoretical knowledge,TCM operative technique and nursing professional round increased significantly after training( P < 0. 01). The upper level TCM nurses considered the training significantly improved the scientific thinking,organizing and coordination skills,teaching ability and TCM competence.Conclusion Establishing training mode for upper degree TCM nurses in the construction of the nursing key specialty,setting up reasonable training way and the training content is beneficial for the improvement of the direct nursing ability and comprehensive quality of TCM nurses.更多还原
