四溴双酚A废水处理工艺研究
Research on Treatment Process of Tetrabromobisphenol A Waste Water
【摘要】 采用闪蒸工艺去除四溴双酚A废水中的氯苯,中和水和酸洗水含盐量高,采用MVR蒸发脱盐,二氧化氯催化氧化不仅降低了废水中的COD,同时大幅提高废水的可生化性,使废水生化过程取得较好的生化效果,处理后废水做到达标排放。
【Abstract】 The method of flash was used for the process of removing chlorobenzene in tetrabromobisphenol A waste water. The salinity in neutralizing water and acid water is high,which used the MVR evaporation desalination and catalytic oxidation of chlorine dioxide. It not only reduced COD in wastewater,but improved significantly the biodegradability of wastewater. The biochemical processes in wastewater achieved better biological results so that treated wastewater can reach discharge standards.
