【摘要】 介绍了中国科学院上海应用物理研究所新的扫描质子微探针数据获取系统。新的4LB-Ⅰ型数据获取系统基于NI公司的PXI-7852R数据采集卡和Lab VIEW软件平台,具备了多个物理信号采集、多能谱显示、存储,以及束流扫描和二维成像等功能,可以满足在一次实验中同时获取多种物理量的需要。实验验证了该系统的可靠性与稳定性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper we present a new data acquisition system developed at the SINAP scanning proton microprobe( SPM). The new data acquisition system named 4LB-Ⅰis based on National Instrument ’s PXI-7852 R card and Labview FPGA module. It performs the functions of multi-channel data acquisition,display,beam scanning and two-dimensional images,which can meet the needs of obtaining multiple physical parameters simultaneously in one measurement. The test results show that the system is a powerful tool with good stability and reliability.更多还原
