基于图像的钴-60货运列车检测系统车厢图像分割方法
The Segmentation Method of Railway Carriages Images Based on the Train Radiography Image.
【摘要】 提出了一种基于整列列车扫描图像的车厢图像分割与速度匹配方法。该方法利用大内存的计算机系统,采用固定扫描速度完成对整列列车的高速扫描并存储全部图像。通过分析车厢结合处的图像特征,实现车厢图像的分割,并结合控制系统的测速信息和扫描采集速度,完成速度匹配。该方法已经成功应用到新装备的钴-60货运列车检测系统中,取得良好效果。
【Abstract】 The article presents a train carriage image segmentation and speed calibration method based on the digital radiography image of the whole train. The method can get and store the whole radiography image of the train in fixed speed by using the computer with mass memory. Through the analysis of image feature of the carriage joint part the segmentation method is realized and through using the train velocity information from the control system and the scanning speed the speed calibration function is achieved. This method has been successfully applied to the new cobalt-60 railway carriage inspection system and good results have been gotten.
