【摘要】 针对目前我国高校学报编辑队伍普遍存在的素质不高、人心不稳的情况,以及当前编辑集中培训存在的经费开支多、工学矛盾大、培训效果不佳等的突出问题,提出构建高校学报编辑校本培训体系,为学报编辑队伍职业化建设提供一个有效的培训途径。论述了高校学报编辑校本培训的必要性和可行性及学报编辑校本培训的实施策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 School- based university journal editor training system is a new pattern leading to professional development of university journal editors.
