果实发育期喷施不同矿质元素对赞皇大枣裂果的影响

【摘要】 针对近年来枣树生产上发生严重的裂果问题,以河北省大枣主栽品种赞皇大枣为研究对象,在果实发育期叶面喷施0.5%的Ca Cl2溶液、汽巴瑞培钙1 000倍液、0.5%的KCl溶液和0.5%的Mg Cl2溶液,以喷清水为对照(CK),研究了不同矿质元素对赞皇大枣裂果率的影响;并分析了Ca、K和Mg与裂果发生的关系,以及不同矿质元素对大枣果实品质的影响。结果表明:喷施矿质元素均能改善大枣的果实品质,其中喷施KCl会使大枣裂果现象明显加重,而喷施Ca Cl2、汽巴瑞培钙和Mg Cl2能显著降低大枣裂果的发生。4种矿质营养中喷施汽巴瑞培钙效果最好,该处理裂果率最低(仅26.32%),且果实品质最好。

【Abstract】 Using Ziziphus jujuba MILL. cv. zanhuangdazao as the test material,different mineral nutrition( 0. 5%Ca Cl2,1 000 times liquid of Ciba LIBREL Ca,0. 5% KCl,0. 5% Mg Cl2) were sprayed during fruit development by spraying water as control. The effects of different mineral nutrition on fruit cracking rates and fruit qualities were analyzed. As the same time,the relations between fruit cracking and the mineral elements( Ca,K and Mg) was analyzed. The results showed that the fruit qualities were raised by the treatments. The fruit cracking rate was significantly reduced by the treatment of 0. 5% Ca Cl2,1 000 times liquid of Ciba LIBREL Ca,0. 5%Mg Cl2,but it was raised by the treatment of 0. 5% KCl. The fruit cracking rate was lowest( 26. 32%),and the fruit qualities was best by the treatment of 1 000 times liquid of Ciba LIBREL Ca.
