【摘要】 介绍了湖北省石油和化学工业发展的现状,指出了存在的问题,提出了湖北省石油和化学工业"十三五"发展的思路和建议,为湖北省石油和化学工业健康、稳定发展提供参考。

【Abstract】 The current development situation of petroleum and chemical industry in Hubei province was introduced.The existing problems and development ideas were pointed out,and suggestions for healthy,stable development of Hubei provincial petroleum and chemical industry of"the thirteenth five-year plan"was given.
