“隐形护士”的管理探讨
Exploration of "Invisible Nurse" Management
【摘要】 "隐性护士"的存在影响着护士本人的身心健康,也影响着护理团队的发展。"隐性护士"的管理是护理管理中不容忽视的问题。本文介绍了"隐性护士"的概念、识别与界定,分析了其危害根源,阐述了赏识管理、目标管理、柔性管理的三大策略。
【Abstract】 Being an "invisible nurse" will influence the physical and mental health of the nurse herself and the development of the nursing team. Management of "invisible nurse" is an indispensable part of nursing management. This paper introduced the concept, identification and definition of "invisible nurse", analyzed its negative influences, and elaborated on the three strategies including Administration Based on Appreciation, Management by Objects and Soft Management.
