无铅或少铅钙钛矿CH3NH3M1-xPbxX3(M=Sn,Sr;X=Cl,Br,I)太阳能电池的研究进展
Research Development of Lead-free or Less-lead Perovskite CH3NH3M1-xPbxX3(M = Sn,Sr and X = Cl,Br,I) Solar Cells
【摘要】 本文综述了Sn2+或Sr2+取代的无铅或少铅钙钛矿CH3NH3PbX3(X=Cl,Br,I)的结构及其主要的制备方法,评述了各种方法的优缺点。简要介绍了无铅或少铅钙钛矿材料的能隙以及材料的稳定性对太阳能电池的影响,并对其发展前景进行了展望。
【Abstract】 The structure and the main preparation methods of lead-free or less-lead perovskites CH3NH3PbX3( X = Cl,Br,I) doped by Sn2+ or Sr2+ were reviewed. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were discussed in the paper. Enery gap and stability of lead-free or less-lead perovskites materials for solar cells were briefly described. Finally,the prospects in this field were outlooked.
