【摘要】 目的探讨功能性消化不良和器质性消化不良在情绪及心理健康水平方面差异。方法采用横断面调查和前瞻性研究,对就诊于临夏州人民医院消化科患者进行电子胃镜检查确诊,并利用医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)等,评定患者焦虑抑郁情绪及心理健康状况水平。结果研究共收集了839名患者平均年龄(49.6±15.8)岁,55.7%为女性,其中472例诊断为功能性消化不良(FD),占56.3%,367例诊断为器质性消化不良(OD),占43.7%;与OD患者相比,FD组较多发生中/重度焦虑,但二者在抑郁的发生率上没有显著的差异;FD组在SCL-90得分较OD组高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FD和OD患者均有不同程度和维度较差的心理健康水平,以FD患者为主,应进一步明确其他社会心理因素对FD患者心理健康状况的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the differences of emotional and mental health among of functional and organic dyspepsia.Methods A cross-sectional survey and prospective study,for patients in our hospital gastroenterology electronic gastroscopy confirmed,assess anxiety and depression and mental health level using the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),Symptom Checklist(SCL-90),etc.Results A total of 839 case were enrolled,The average age(49.6±15.8),55.7% was female,472 cases of the diagnosis of functional dyspepsia,367 cases diagnosed as organic dyspepsia,more moderate/severe anxiety occurs in FD,and higher scores of SCL-90 in FD(P<0.05).Conclusion FD and OD patients had varying degrees and dimensions of poor mental health,especially in patients with FD.Should further clarify the impact of other psychosocial factors on mental health status of patients FD.更多还原
