引风机和增压风机运行优化分析
Operation Optimization Analysis of Induced Draft Fan and Booster Fan
【摘要】 以某厂300MW燃煤机组的脱硫系统为研究对象,基于轴流式风机的运行特性,建立运行特性和电耗模型,运用MATLAB软件编写计算程序,计算负荷为50%工况下,随着增压风机入口静压设定值的改变,在风机的四种投运组合方式下的风机效率、总电功率和单机电功率。结果表明:在负荷为50%的工况下运行时,增压风机的入口静压设定值应小于210 Pa,且设定值越小经济性越好;采用两台引风机并联运行效果最好,一台引风机和一台增压风机串联运行效果次之。
【Abstract】 Basing on the characteristic curve for the induced draft fan and booster fan on the actual operation,the paper studied the desulfurization system of a 300 MW coal- fired units,and established the model of operation characteristics and power consumption,and then used MATLAB to write calculation program,the total power consumption and fan efficiency and single electric power of the fan running were calculated by using the model for the typical load conditions and the different combinations of the fan running and the different inlet static pressure of the booster fan. The results showed that when running on the 50% load condition,the use of "two induced draft fan"is the first best way,the mode of "an induced draft fan and a booster fan"is the second best way,and inlet static pressure value of the booster fan should be set at the range of less than 210 Pa. The smaller,the better operating economy is.
