柠条平茬机的设计研究
Design and study on stumping machine of caragana microphyllo
【摘要】 针对内蒙古地区柠条平茬收获时存在的生产效率低、劳动强度大、收集不方便等问题,设计了一种柠条平茬机械,该设备主要由聚拢装置、切割装置、输送装置、挂接装置、仿形机构等组成,采用双圆盘回转切割方式,配套行走动力为自走式电控履带机,可完成对柠条的采收扶持和整齐摆放,降低人工投入。本文设计的柠条平茬行走速度0.5~1m/s,切割线速度40~60m/s,留茬高度50~100mm,割净率≥90%,各项计算满足实际平茬要求,具有一定的应用价值。
【Abstract】 For the problems of low production efficiency and great labor intensity and harvest inconvenience in stumping and harvest of caragana microphyllo,a stumping machine was designed. The equipment was mainly composed of gathered device, cutting device, transmission device, articulated device and copying mechanism, cutting device had two cutter head. By a hydraulic motor driven circular saw cutting at high speed, supported walking power by self-propelled electric crawler machine, could complete harvest support and placed neatly of caragana microphyllo, reduce labor input. In this paper the stumping machine was designed of walking speed of 0.5~1 m/s, cutting speed of 40~60 m/s, stubble height 50~100 mm, cut net rate of 90% or higher, results showed that every performance meet the stumping requirements, and had certain application value.
