液位标准装置的不确定度评定

【摘要】 介绍了以双频激光干涉仪为测量设备的液位标准装置的测量原理及结构,建立了液位标准装置的不确定度数学模型,对影响液位标准装置的各种不确定度来源进行了分析,在此基础上计算出各影响因素的不确定度分量,最后计算得到液位标准装置的测量不确定度为0.045 588mm,扩展不确定度为0.091 176mm。

【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the measuring principle and structure of the liquid level standard device,which is based on the double-frequency laser interferometer equipment for measuring the liquid level.An uncertainty evaluation mathematical model for the liquid level standard device has been established.In the studies,various uncertainty affecting the liquid level standard device were analyzed.Based on this,the uncertainty components of different influence factors were calculated.The results show that the uncertainty value of the liquid level standard device was 0.045 588 mm,and the expanded uncertainty was 0.091 176 mm.
