三七提取物对蛋鸡产蛋后期蛋品质及免疫功能的影响

【摘要】 为了研究日粮中不同水平三七提取物(PNS)对产蛋后期蛋鸡鸡蛋品质及免疫功能的影响,采用单因素完全随机分组试验设计,选择同一批次288只55周龄的健康海兰蛋鸡,随机分成4组(每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡),各组日粮中三七总皂甙(PNS)的添加量分别为0 mg/kg(A组)、50 mg/kg(B组)、100 mg/kg(C组)、150 mg/kg(D组)。饲养试验为期60 d,结果表明,试验C、D组蛋形指数显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验B、D组蛋白高度比对照组提高26.92%、34.91%,差异显著(P<0.05),哈夫单位比对照组提高19.27%、18.37%,差异显著(P<0.05);试验B、C、D组蛋黄胆固醇与对照组相比分别降低6.93%、10.64%、11.59%,各组与对照组相比差异极显著(P<0.01);添加PNS对鸡蛋蛋壳厚度、蛋壳强度、蛋黄相对重、蛋白相对重、蛋黄颜色均无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验B组血清Ig A、Ig G含量比对照组高4.41%、10.55%,差异显著(P<0.05),试验C、D组血清C3、C4含量比对照组低12.68%(P<0.05)、12.37%(P<0.05)和8.31%、7.35%,试验B组血清C3、C4含量比对照组高22.6%和35.78%(P<0.05),结果显示,高剂量PNS能降低血清C3、C4含量,低剂量则提高血清C3、C4含量。

【Abstract】 To study the effects of PNS on production performance,yolk cholesterol and egg traits of layers,288 55-week-age Hy-line brown layers were fed orn-soybean diet adding PNS 0 mg/kg(A),50 mg/kg(B),100 mg/kg(C),150 mg/kg(D).Layers were randomly divided into 4 groups(72 for each group,12 for each replicate). The basal diet was used as control group,and the experiment lasted for 60 d.The results showed that the egg shape index of experimental group C, D were significantly increased(P<0.05) compared with the control.The height of egg protein of experimental group B, D were significantly increased by 26.92%and 34.91% respectively(P<0.05) compared with the control.Haugh of experimental group B, D were significantly increased by 19.27% and 18.37% respectively(P<0.05) compared with the control.Experimental group B,C, D were obviously reduced the contents of yolk cholesterol(P<0.01).Serum Ig G、Ig A of experimental group B were significantly increased by 4.41%, 10.55% respectively(P<0.05) compared with the control.Serum C3、C4 of experimental group C,D dropped by 12.68%(P<0.05), 12.37%(P<0.05) and 8.31%,7.35%;Serum C3、C4 of experimental group B increased by 22.6% and 35.78%(P<0.05),It suggested that the high dosage PNS decreased the serum C3、C4,the low dosage increased the serum C3、C4.
