【摘要】 目的通过两种不同方案治疗白内障,对其疗价比进行比较分析研究。方法 A组39例(43只眼),采用小切口囊外摘除术+人工晶体植入;B组41例(47只眼),采用超声乳化白内障摘除术+人工晶体植入,术后视力恢复情况采用SPSS 17.0软件进行统计分析。结果 A、B组疗价比比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论只要掌握适应证,熟练运用手术操作方法,小切口白内障囊外摘除术与超声乳化白内障摘除术都是很理想的白内障复明手术方法,但从疗价比分析,前者更加适合基层医院复明工作应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare and analyze the effect price ratio of two strategies of treating cataract. Methods Thirtynine cases( 43 eyes) in group A were treated by STECS + intraocular; forty one cases( 47 eyes) in group B were treated by PCS + intraocular,and SPSS 17. 0 was used for statistics analysis. Results The effect price ratios of the two groups had no significant differences( P > 0. 05). Conclusion SIECS and PCS are all good strategies as long as the doctors can grasp suitable symptom and operate in appropriate way.
