可编程CMEMS振荡器Si504测试与分析

【摘要】 美国芯科实验室(Silicon Labs公司)生产的Si50x系列振荡器,采用专利的CMEMS技术将CMOS振荡器和MEMS谐振器集成到单晶片上,保证10年以上工作寿命下的频率稳定性。选取Si504完全可编程振荡器进行内部结构分析,通过单线C1接口修改振荡器的工作模式,配置选项和输出频率。完成了设备驱动电路的设计,采用C语言编程对芯片进行功能测试和结果分析,验证了CMEMS振荡器的实时可编程性及在商业温度范围下的频率稳定性。在Si504低抖动模式下,通过对FPGA生成的伪随机序列码进行眼图测试分析,说明Si50x可应用于USB2.0(480Mps)作为参考时钟源。

【Abstract】 Si50xoscillator family which is provided by Silicon Labs,adopts patent CMEMS technology which combines CMOS Oscillator with MEMS Resonator in a monolithic IC to ensure the frequency stability of under 10 years of working life.This article selected Si504 fully programmable oscillator for internal structure analysis,modified the oscillator to any operating mode,configuration options and output frequency through the single wire C1 interface,completed the design of the driver circuit,programming by using C language to test functions and analyses the result.And it has proved real-time programmable and frequency stability under the business temperature range of CMEMS oscillator.Under Si504 low jitter mode,tests and analysis eye diagram of the pseudo random sequence code which is generated through FPGA,explains Si50 xcan be used as reference clock source of USB2.0(480 MPS).
