【摘要】 通过采用6 Sigma工具对各种影响因素进行分析,采取各种管理措施及技术手段将钢铁料消耗降低至目标范围内。

【Abstract】 The various influence factors are analyzed by using 6 Sigma tools,and various management measures and technical means are adopted to reduce the consumption of iron and steel in the target range.
