【摘要】 近年来,在政府"走出去"战略的引导下,越来越多的中国企业开始走出国门,迈向国际建筑承包市场。同时,海外施工项目融资风险也越来越显得突出。本文首先对项目融资概念进行简单地介绍,根据海外施工项目融资特点划分风险因素集,从而制定风险指标体系。依据风险指标的可定量分析与可定性分析的特点,选取人工智能算法中的模糊逻辑和神经网络建立了风险评价模型。最后,选取了一些实际案例以证明模糊神经网络在海外施工项目融资风险评价中的科学性,并针对主要风险给出管理原则及相应的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 More entrepreneurs expand their business under "go global"strategy. Meanwhile,the risk was particularly pronounced for overseas construction project. This paper introduced the concept of project financing and then established an index system for risk evaluating according to the characteristics of the overseas project. According to the peculiarity of different indexes,we selected fuzzy logic and neural network from artificial intelligence algorithms to establish a fuzzy neural network( FNN) model. Finally,we selected some cases to confirm that FNN is suitable for risk evaluating on overseas construction project,and some preventive actions for the main risks are given.更多还原
